Energy is what makes things work. We are using more and more energy on recent electrical items and we need to make energy. The most common way is to burn fossil fuels, but fossil fuels are not endless and are running out. So, we need a sustainable and renewable energy source. Also, burning fossil fuels releases many greenhouse gases, so we need an efficient and eco-friendly way to produce energy. Here is a table to compare the different types of energy.

Miyu and his sister were playing tennis. Miyu ran for the ball and in his rush he twisted his ankle and cried in agony. His sister ran to her brother. His ankle started to swell. So his sister took him to the hospital.

Last summer started out to be dull and boring and everyone was miserable. Suddenly dad’s face lit up and said “how about we go to Aunt Belinda’s house?” “Won’t it take five hours to get there” I groaned. Mum said “it’s a wonderful idea”. Her face lighting up with happiness. So we got our shoes and jumped right into the car.

This year I got 2 medals in the I.C.A.S. one in maths one in computer skills. At the start of 2012 I was studying hard and working to the limits to achieve this goal.
When I got my results it said I had not got the medal I was devastated but then a note came telling me that I won two medals. I was filled with happiness and joy at the news.
